A client relaxing during a facial treatment

Sell services online: fixed, hourly or quoted

Put your services on sale next to your products

Services with their own pages, priced fixed, hourly or by quote.

What it does

  1. Each service gets its own page at /services/your-service, plus a services listing
  2. Three ways to price: a fixed amount, a rate per hour, or a quote
  3. Set duration, notice needed, a gap between bookings and how many bookings fit one slot
  4. Say where the work happens: at your place, at the customer's, or online

How it works

  1. Create a serviceOpen Store, then Services, and describe the work with photos.
  2. Choose the pricingFixed, hourly or quote. A quote service has no public price.
  3. Take bookings or requestsFixed and hourly services can be booked; quoted ones take quote requests.

A time, a person, a booking.

A client books a facial on the website. The booking lands on the team calendar on Thursday at 14:00, with Sara, and on her Google Calendar.

The Biizay booking calendar: a week of facials, brow and nail appointments, coloured by service, with each therapist's initials

Three pricing models

  • Fixed: the price is the price.
  • Hourly: the price is a rate per hour, so a 90-minute service at 10,000 an hour bills 15,000.
  • Quote: no public price; customers request a quote and you price each job.

A service never counts its own stock. If it uses parts, list them as materials and their stock goes down when the service is sold.

Let customers pick a time

Track the work and the parts it used

Questions

Can I sell services and products in one store?

Yes. Both live in the same catalogue and can share a cart.

What if every job is priced differently?

Use quote pricing. Customers request a quote and you send a price.

Do services count against my product numbers?

Products, services and bundles are counted together in your catalogue.
