Yes. The Free plan includes the online store, the website builder, point of sale, services and bookings, bundles, quotations, inventory and basic reports, within its product and staff limits. You can stay on it as long as it fits.

No. You create your account with your business name, a web address, your name, email and a password. Nothing asks for payment details.

No. You build pages with a drag-and-drop page builder and set your colours and fonts with theme presets. Signup also shows a preview laid out for your kind of business.

Creating the account takes a few minutes. How long the rest takes depends on how many products or services you add and how much you want to change the design.

Plans are priced in Pakistani rupees, US dollars and UAE dirhams, monthly or yearly. The pricing page shows the current price in each.

More room to grow: higher product, order, staff and storage limits, your own domain, advanced reports, removing Biizay branding and priority support, depending on the plan. The comparison on the pricing page lists each plan's limits.

The tools you need to run your business are in every plan, Free included. Paid plans add capacity and a few extras: a custom domain, white-label, advanced reports and priority support.

Every account starts on Free. When you need more, you change plan from the billing section of your portal.

Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your business moves to the Free plan with its data kept.

No. Payments for a monthly or yearly period are not refunded, which is why cancelling keeps your plan running until the period ends. Downgrades also take effect at the end of the period.

Yes. Every store gets a free address on biizay.com, such as yourshop.biizay.com. On a paid plan you can connect your own domain, such as yourshop.pk, and it is served over HTTPS.

Each store has one base currency, such as PKR, AED or USD, and every price on it is shown in that currency.

Yes. Products can have sizes, colours and your own options such as material or thickness, plus pack sizes that share one stock count so a box of 50 never oversells.

Yes. Every store includes a blog, about and contact pages, and legal pages such as terms and privacy, all editable from your portal.

Each page and product has its own title, description and share image, your domain gets a sitemap that updates as you add products, and product and business details are marked up for search engines.

The point of sale runs in your browser. You ring up products, bundles and services at the counter, and the stock comes off the same list your online store sells from.

Yes. Each service can be priced as a fixed amount, by the hour, or by quote. Customers can request a preferred time, and jobs land in a schedule your team works from.

Yes. Customers can request a quote from a product or service page, and you can turn an accepted quotation into an order.

Yes. Invite staff by email and give each person a role that decides what they can see and change. The number of staff logins depends on your plan.

Business email on your own domain, through BiizayMail, is coming soon. It is not available to stores yet.

You can export your data before closing. After you close, we keep it for 30 days so a mistake can be undone, then delete it; backup copies roll off within a further 14 days.

Yes. Every business on Biizay has its own data, and staff can only see what their role allows.
