This policy explains how Devfinity, which operates Biizay, handles personal data when you visit biizay.com, create an account or run a store on Biizay.
Data we collect
Account details: your name, email address and a protected copy of your password, and the details of the business you create, such as its name and web address.
What you put into Biizay: products, pages, images, orders, contacts, bookings and the other records of your business.
Billing records: your plan, invoices and payments for your subscription.
Technical data: the information your browser sends when you use Biizay, such as your IP address and device, which we use to keep accounts secure and the service working.
Your customers' data
When your customers order, book or contact you through your store, Biizay stores their details for you. You decide what is collected and how it is used, and you are responsible for telling your customers how you handle their data. We process it only to run the service for you.
How we use data
To provide and secure Biizay, to bill your subscription, to answer your support requests, to tell you about changes to the service, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business records to advertise to you or to anyone else.
Who can see it
You and the staff you give access to, within the roles you set. Our team, only when needed to run the service or to help you. Service providers that host and operate the platform for us, under confidentiality. Authorities, only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you close it, we keep your data for 30 days so a mistake can be undone, then delete it; backup copies roll off within a further 14 days. We may keep billing records for longer where the law requires.
Your choices
You can see and correct most of your data in your portal and export it before closing your account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email support@biizay.com.
