This policy covers payments for Biizay plans. Refunds for things your customers buy from your store are between you and your customers.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a paid plan from your portal whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens at the end of the period
Your business moves to the Free plan, and your store, products and records are kept.
No refunds
Payments for a monthly or yearly period are not refunded, in full or in part, including when you cancel or downgrade part-way through a period.
Downgrades and upgrades
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep the higher plan until then.
Unpaid invoices
If an invoice is not paid, paid features may be suspended once it is 11 days overdue, until it is paid.
