These terms are the agreement between you and Devfinity, which operates Biizay, for using biizay.com, the Biizay portal and the stores you run on it. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate, for keeping your password private, and for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
Tell us at once at support@biizay.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Plans and billing
Biizay has a Free plan and paid plans. The current prices, limits and features of each plan are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
If an invoice is not paid, we may suspend paid features once it is 11 days overdue, until it is paid.
Cancelling and changing plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your business moves to the Free plan with its data kept.
Downgrades also take effect at the end of the current period. Payments are not refunded. See the refund and cancellation policy for details.
Your content and your customers
You own the content you put on Biizay: your products, pages, images and the records of your business. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you.
You are responsible for your store: what you sell, the prices and descriptions you publish, how you deliver and the promises you make to your customers. Your customers buy from you, not from Biizay.
You must follow the acceptable use policy.
The service
We work to keep Biizay available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a service level guarantee. We may change, add or remove features.
Features marked coming soon are not part of the service until they are released.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Export your data first: after closure we keep it for 30 days so a mistake can be undone, then delete it, and backup copies roll off within a further 14 days.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
