Biizay is for running legitimate businesses. To keep it safe for every business on it, you may not use it to do any of the following.
Illegal or harmful selling
Sell goods or services that are illegal where you or your customers are, or that you are not licensed to sell. Sell counterfeit goods, or claim a licence, approval or certification you do not hold.
Fraud and deception
Mislead customers about what you sell, take payment for things you do not intend to deliver, or impersonate another person or business.
Infringing content
Publish content you do not have the right to use, such as other people's photos, designs, logos or text.
Abuse and spam
Harass people, publish hateful or sexually explicit content, or send messages people have not agreed to receive.
Attacks on the platform
Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or overload Biizay with automated traffic.
What we do about it
We may remove content, suspend features or close an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we tell you first. Report misuse to support@biizay.com.
