Send order and enquiry emails as your shop

Steps

   Step 1 of 4

   Turn it on

   Open Apps → Store emails and press Turn on Store emails.

   Step 2 of 4

   Choose who sends

   On the Sender tab, under Send emails through, pick Biizay, Your BiiMail mailbox or Your own mail server, fill in what it asks, and press Save sender.

   Send yourself a test

   Press Send test email. It goes to the email on your account, so you see exactly what customers get.

   Pick which emails go out

   On Settings, switch each email on or off and set Replies go to. Check the Sent log tab as orders come in.
