Steps
Step 1 of 5
Open the request, or write one
Open Sell → Quotations (the page is headed Quotes). Press Price it on a waiting request, or + New quote to write one: add products, enter the Contact name and Contact email, and press Create quotation.
Step 2 of 5
Put a price on each line
In What they want, enter a Unit price for every line; the wand fills in your catalogue price. Press Save prices.
Step 3 of 5
Send it
Press Send quote. The message after sending tells you whether the email went out. Your customer gets a link where they can accept or decline.
Step 4 of 5
Record their answer
If they answer you directly, use They said yes or They said no in the Next step card. An answer through the link updates the quote for you.
Step 5 of 5
Turn it into an order
Once accepted, press Turn into an order. The order is created and stock is taken, and Open the order takes you to it.
Quote requests from your shop land in Sell → Quotations. You can also write one yourself for a customer who called or visited.
