Steps
Step 1 of 4
Switch it on
Open Settings → Payments. Tick Quote-only catalogue (B2B) and press Save.

Check your products
Products keep their details and photos; the price box on the product form is turned off while the store is quote-only.

Answer requests
Requests arrive in Sell → Quotations. Price each line and press Send quote; once accepted, press Turn into an order.

Sell at the counter
In Point of Sale, every product shows Price at counter and asks for its Agreed price before you can complete the sale.
Some businesses don't publish prices: equipment, wholesale, made-to-order work. With a quote-only catalogue, every product shows Price on request, the cart is hidden, and customers send a quote request you price yourself.
