Steps

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Enter your domain

Open Settings → Mailboxes. If your own domain is verified in Settings → Domains, it is filled in for you; otherwise type it into Domain. Press Continue.

    Do it in your portal

  2. Step 2 of 5

Add the records at your domain company

Under Add these records at your domain provider, copy each Host and Value with the copy buttons and create them in your domain's DNS settings. "@" means the domain itself.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Check the records

Press Check DNS now. Each record shows Found, Wrong value or Not found. New records can take some hours to appear; check again later.

    Do it in your portal

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Add a mailbox

Once the required records are found, press Add a mailbox. Enter the Address, an optional Name shown to recipients, and an address to Send the set-password link to. Press Create mailbox.

    Do it in your portal

  5. Step 5 of 5

The mailbox owner sets their password from the link, then signs in through Open webmail on the Mailboxes page. With Store emails on, its Mail apps tab lists the settings for Outlook, Apple Mail or a phone.

    Do it in your portal

BiiMail gives you addresses like hello@yourshop.pk. You add a few DNS records at the company you bought your domain from, and mailboxes unlock once the required records are found.
