Turning it on
- In your Biizay portal, open Apps and choose Social.
- Your shop needs to be live on its own web address first.
- Turn it on. You can turn it off the same way at any time.
How it works
- ConnectConnect your Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account.
- Set your brand kitSave your voice, hashtags and posting times once.
- PostMake a post from a product or template, then publish or schedule it.
Biizay never posts without you pressing Publish or Schedule. Connecting follows Meta's rules for Pages and Instagram professional accounts, so if Connect is not offered yet, the app is still being switched on for your shop.
