Connect your own domain

Steps

   Step 1 of 5

   Add the domain

   Open Settings → Domains. Under Connect a domain, type it into Domain, for example shop.example.com or example.com, and press Add domain. Your first domain becomes the primary one.

   Step 2 of 5

   Copy the verification record

   On the domain's row, press DNS details. It shows a TXT record with Host _biizay-verify.<your domain> and a Value.

   Step 3 of 5

   Create the record at your domain company

   In your domain provider's DNS settings, add a TXT record with exactly that host and value. Changes can take a while to spread.

   Step 4 of 5

   Verify

   Back in Settings → Domains, press Verify. The status changes from Pending verification to Verified once the record is found. If it says Verification failed, check the host and value and try again later.

   Make it your main address

   If you added more than one domain, press Make primary on the one customers should see. Only a verified domain can be primary.
