Figures you can trust
The cost of each item is recorded at the moment it sells, and the profit & loss report uses that figure, so changing a product's cost later never rewrites last month's profit there. If some items sold with no cost recorded, it tells you how many, so you know its profit reads high.
In the customers report, orders are matched by email address, so one customer's repeat orders add up under one name.

Questions
Are reports included on every plan?
Sales, product, customer, inventory and quotation reports are. Profit & loss and tax reports come with plans that include advanced reports.
Why does profit & loss say some lines have no cost?
No cost price was recorded when those items sold, so they count as zero cost. Add a cost to the product so future sales carry one.
Can my staff see reports?
Only if their role allows it.
