Sell by the piece, pack or box from one stock

Sell singles and bulk packs without double-counting stock

Sell one item in several pack sizes that all draw from a single stock count.

What it does

  1. Each variant can say how many pieces it contains, such as a box of 50
  2. Stock is always held in single pieces, so every pack size shares one pool
  3. Shoppers are only offered a pack when enough pieces remain
  4. The portal shows the per-piece price and discount as you type a pack price

How it works

  1. Add a pack variantCreate a variant and set how many pieces it holds.
  2. Price the packEnter the price of the whole pack. Biizay shows the price per piece next to it.
  3. SellSelling one box of 50 takes 50 pieces off the shared stock.

An order comes in. You see it first.

A new website order arrives at the top of the Orders list, the count waiting for you goes up, and the order opens ready to confirm.

One stock count, many ways to buy

If you keep 120 pieces and sell singles, packs of 10 and boxes of 50, Biizay keeps one number: 120. A box of 50 can be bought twice, not three times, and a single can still be bought after that.

Shipping by weight follows the same rule: a box weighs as much as the pieces inside it.

Questions

Is stock counted in packs or pieces?

In pieces. Every pack size draws from the same count.

Can a pack be cheaper per piece?

Yes. You enter the pack total, and the portal shows the per-piece rate and the saving.

Does it work at the counter too?

Yes. A pack sold at the point of sale takes the same number of pieces off stock.
