Running the business
Run your online store from ChatGPT or Claude
AI that can see your actual products, orders and Google figures, and that asks before it changes anything customers see.

Plenty of shop owners already use ChatGPT or Claude: to write a product description, reply to a difficult customer, or make sense of a price increase from a supplier. The limit is that the AI cannot see your shop. You copy things in, copy answers out, and then type them into your store by hand.
BiiConnect removes that step. It connects ChatGPT or Claude to your Biizay store, so the AI can read your products, orders and reports and prepare changes in the store itself, while you stay the one who decides what goes live.
What can ChatGPT or Claude do on my store?
Catalogue and content
- Create products and services from a list, a photo or a supplier's sheet, as drafts.
- Rewrite descriptions, fix titles and meta descriptions, and add missing image alt text across many products at once.
- Upload images from links and set product galleries.
- Draft blog posts and edit page drafts in the page builder.
- Organise categories and their descriptions.
Sales
- Read new quote requests and draft priced quotations.
- Record a sale agreed on the phone or WhatsApp, with a preview of the exact total first.
- List orders and move them along: confirm, ship with tracking, deliver.
- Answer questions from your reports: best sellers by profit, low stock, sales for a period, and on paid plans, profit and loss and tax.
- Read your Search Console figures: which searches show your store, clicks and positions.
- Check a page's status in Google with URL inspection.
- Read your Google Analytics 4 figures, where you have connected a property.
- Run SEO checks and suggest fixes.
Who stays in control?
You do, at three points.
- When you connect, you choose what the AI app may see and do, group by group. Sales and customer data are separate choices you can leave off.
- New items arrive as drafts. A change to something customers can already see (a live product, a published page, a price) becomes a suggestion in Drafts, which you approve or reject. Anything that moves stock, creates an order or emails a customer waits for your approval unless you deliberately allowed it to act without asking.
- Everything it does is logged with the app's name, and creations can be undone. You can disconnect an app, or switch BiiConnect off for the store, at any time.
How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my store?
In ChatGPT or Claude, you add Biizay as a connector using the BiiConnect address shown in Settings → BiiConnect (AI apps), sign in to Biizay, pick the store and choose what to allow. The step-by-step BiiConnect guide shows each screen in both apps. BiiConnect is available on every plan; the number of AI actions a month depends on your plan.
Google tools that work without any AI at all
BiiConnect is the newest piece, but your store's Google set-up does not depend on it:
- Every store gets page titles, structured data and a sitemap written for it.
- The Search Console app shows which searches bring people to your store, with Biizay handling the verification and sitemap submission.
- The Google Analytics app adds your GA4 tag to every page and, once your property is connected, shows its figures inside your portal.
- Bing and other IndexNow search engines are told when you add or change pages, so updates are picked up quickly.
And for your customers: Biity
Biity is the assistant on your storefront. It answers shoppers' questions about your products and policies, and hands over to you on WhatsApp with the question already written when a customer wants a person.
Practical things to ask it for
- 'List my active products with no description and draft one for each, under 120 words, no claims I have not made.'
- 'Which ten products made the most profit last month, and which of them are low on stock?'
- 'Check my category pages for missing or too-long titles and propose fixes.'
- 'Read this supplier price list and draft the new products in the Kitchen category, priced at cost plus 30 percent.'
- 'Which searches show my store on Google but get few clicks, and what could I change on those pages?'
- 'Draft a quotation for the latest quote request, using my current prices.'
Each of these turns hours of copying between screens into a few minutes of reviewing. The AI still needs your judgement: check facts, prices and anything that makes a promise to customers before you approve it.
Does the AI see my customers' details?
Only if you allow it. Customer and order information sits behind the sales permissions you choose when connecting, which you can leave off entirely and still use BiiConnect for products, content and SEO.
Is it safe to let AI change my store?
The same rules apply to BiiConnect as to a member of your team: it can only do what your role allows and what you ticked when connecting, it works on one store, and it goes through the same checks as the portal. The difference is that it cannot publish customer-facing changes without you unless you choose that. Read more on the BiiConnect feature page, or see how it fits with everything else in one platform for your store, POS, services and quotes.
