One platform for your store, POS, services and quotes

Most small businesses sell in three or four ways at once. Here is what changes when all of them share one set of products, stock and customers.

Very few businesses in Pakistan or the Gulf sell in only one way. A hardware shop sells at the counter, delivers to contractors on WhatsApp orders, and quotes for big jobs. A salon sells appointments and products. An AC company sells parts, services and maintenance contracts. Yet the usual set-up is a different tool for each: a store builder, a separate till, a booking app, quotes in a Word file, stock in a spreadsheet.

Each tool keeps its own copy of your products and prices, and someone has to keep those copies in step. Biizay was built on the opposite idea: one account, one product list, one stock count, every way you sell.

What is an all-in-one commerce platform?

It is a single system that handles selling online, selling in person, services and the back office from the same data. The test is simple: when something sells anywhere, does everything else know immediately, without anyone typing it twice?

What you get in one Biizay account

Selling online

  • An online store with categories, search, cart and checkout.
  • Products with sizes, colours and your own extra options, plus pack sizes (a single piece, a dozen, a carton) drawn from one stock count.
  • Bundles, whose availability is worked out from the stock of the items inside them.
  • Cash on delivery, and card payments through your own Stripe account where Stripe operates; delivery charges flat, by order value, by weight or free over an amount.

Selling at the counter

A point of sale in your web browser that sells products, services and bundles from the same stock as your website. For quote-priced work, you can enter the agreed price at the counter.

Selling services

Services priced fixed, hourly or by quote, with customers choosing a preferred time and jobs landing in a schedule your team works from. Materials a job uses come off your stock, too. See services.

Quotes and B2B

Quote requests from any product or service page, quotations priced and emailed from the portal, and accepted quotes converted to orders in one step. A whole store can show 'Price on request' instead of prices.

Stock and buying

One stock count across all of the above, low stock on your dashboard, purchase orders to suppliers, and stock added only when deliveries arrive, at an averaged cost so your profit figures stay honest. See inventory.

Your website

A drag-and-drop page builder, themes, a blog, legal pages and a contact page with an enquiry form. Your own domain on paid plans.

Numbers

Sales, product performance, inventory, customer and quotation reports on every plan; profit and loss (with your recorded expenses) and tax reports on paid plans.

Getting found and staying in touch

Titles, structured data and sitemaps written for you; Google Search Console and Google Analytics in the apps catalogue; order emails to customers sent as your shop; mailboxes on your own domain on paid plans.

AI

Biity answers shoppers on your store. BiiConnect lets ChatGPT or Claude work on your store with your approval; we cover it in running your store from ChatGPT or Claude.

Why one system beats several good ones

  • No overselling: the last piece sold at the counter disappears from the website at the same moment.
  • No double entry: a new product or price change is made once.
  • One customer history: whether someone bought online, at the counter or through a quote.
  • Honest numbers: profit reports see every sale and every cost, not just one channel's.
  • One login for your staff, with roles deciding what each person can see and do.

Is an all-in-one platform right for every business?

No. If you only sell online, to customers abroad, and depend on a particular app from a large app store, a specialist store builder may suit you better. Biizay also has limits worth knowing before you choose: checkout does not take JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer yet, it does not book couriers for you, and there is no third-party app store. Card checkout runs through Stripe, which businesses registered in Pakistan cannot open today.

What does one stock count look like in practice?

Take a shop selling bathroom fittings. In the morning a walk-in customer buys two mixer taps at the counter. At lunch a plumber orders five more from the website for cash on delivery. In the afternoon the shop quotes a contractor for twenty, the contractor accepts, and the quote becomes an order. A repair job that evening uses one tap as a material.

With separate tools, that is four different records to reconcile, and a good chance of selling taps you no longer have. With one count, each of those sales takes from the same number the moment it happens. The website stops offering the tap when it runs out, the counter screen shows the same figure, low stock shows on the dashboard, and the purchase order you raise to restock adds to that count only when the delivery arrives.

How long does it take to set up?

You can have a working store the same day: pick your kind of business at sign-up, choose a theme, add your first products and switch on delivery charges. The counter, services and quotes need no separate installation; they use the products you have already added. Most owners add their best sellers first and fill in the rest over the following weeks.

What does it cost?

Every operational feature above, including the POS, services, quotations and inventory, is on every plan, Free included. Plans differ in room to grow (orders a month, staff, storage) and in a few extras: your own domain, removing Biizay branding and advanced reports. See plans and pricing.
